This page provides a public-facing summary of terms concepts for CashXChain. Final customer terms are governed by the signed agreement between CashXChain, the customer, and any applicable regulated partners.

Use of documentation​

The documentation is provided for informational purposes. It may describe planned, beta, sandbox, or production capabilities. Feature availability can vary by account, jurisdiction, partner, currency, route, and product approval.

Use of services​

Customers must use CashXChain only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, agreements, partner terms, sanctions rules, AML requirements, and acceptable use policies.

No prohibited activity​

CashXChain must not be used for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, illegal goods or services, unauthorized financial activity, or any activity prohibited by applicable law or partner policies.

Partner services​

Some services are provided by regulated partners. Partner terms, onboarding requirements, and restrictions may apply.

API use​

Customers are responsible for securing API keys, implementing idempotency, verifying webhooks, maintaining accurate data, and preventing unauthorized use of their integration.

Changes​

CashXChain may update documentation, APIs, products, and availability over time. Breaking API changes will be communicated through changelog entries and customer notices where applicable.
